1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Azra Treks website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the trek departure date
• All prices are in USD per person unless otherwise stated
• Prices include: guides, permits, accommodation during trek, meals, and group equipment
• Prices exclude: flights, travel insurance, personal gear, tips, and visa fees

3. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
• 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund
• 30-59 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund (transfer to another trek within 12 months allowed)

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

4. Health & Fitness Requirements

Trekking in the Karakoram is physically demanding. By booking, you confirm that:

• You are in good physical health suitable for high-altitude trekking
• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions to us
• You understand the risks associated with high-altitude mountaineering
• You have adequate travel insurance covering emergency evacuation

5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Trekking involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Altitude sickness and related medical conditions
• Extreme weather conditions
• Rough terrain and physical injury
• Remote location with limited medical facilities

Azra Treks takes all reasonable precautions for your safety, but you participate at your own risk. We require all trekkers to sign a liability waiver before departure.

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Azra Treks and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gilgit-Baltistan.
