At Azra Treks, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund for your trekking expedition booking.

| 60-89 days before departure | 50% of total trip cost |
| 30-59 days before departure | 25% of total trip cost |
| Less than 30 days | No refund (transfer allowed) |
If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, you may transfer your booking to another trek within 12 months at no additional cost, subject to availability. This option can only be used once per booking.
We reserve the right to cancel a trek due to:
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trek at no extra cost.
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
If you leave a trek early for personal reasons (not due to injury or emergency evacuation), no refund will be issued for unused services. If we must curtail the trek due to safety concerns, a pro-rata refund will be calculated for unused portions.
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and emergency evacuation. Many situations not covered by our refund policy may be covered by your insurance.
